I grew up in Hawaii and I have never heard of it. But it has to be a lei made out of whatever flower that is. There is no significance in what kind of flower a lei is made of.
Anybody know what the pukinikini flower lei is? the real name or where we can see it on liine . thanks lj?
my stepfather is hawaiian,, and i grew up in hawaii,, a pukinikini lei is a small yellow flower and it smells so good,, its one of my favorites, the real name is pukinikini and if you google it under images you can see what it looks like,, hope it helped,, Report Abuse
